Skinny Spinach Chips

Ingredients:

3 cups fresh spinach leaves
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Chili Yogurt Dip:

1/4 cup yogurt
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon chili powder

Directions:

  1. Toss the spinach leaves with the olive oil and seasonings.
  2. Bake in the preheated Air Fryer at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes, shaking the
    cooking basket occasionally.
  3. Bake until the edges brown, working in batches.
  4. In the meantime, make the sauce by whisking all ingredients in a mixing dish.
    Serve immediately.
