Blue Cheesy Potato Wedges

Cooking Time: 20 Minutes

Ingredients:

2 Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
2 tablespoons ranch seasoning
Kosher salt, to taste
1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled

Directions:

  1. Sprinkle the potato wedges with the ranch seasoning and salt. Grease
    generously the Air Fryer basket.
  2. Place the potatoes in the cooking basket.
  3. Roast in the preheated Air Fryer at 400 degrees for 12 minutes. Top with the
    cheese and roast an additional 3 minutes or until cheese begins to melt. Bon
