Greek Frittata With Feta Cheese
Cooking Time: 10 Minutes
1/3 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
2 tablespoons fish sauce
1 ½ cup cooked chicken breasts, boneless and shredded
1/2 teaspoon coriander sprig, finely chopped
6 medium-sized whisked eggs
1/3 teaspoon ground white pepper
1 cup fresh chives, chopped
1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
Fine sea salt, to taste
Nonstick cooking spray
- Grab a baking dish that fit in your Air Fryer.
- Lightly coat the inside of the baking dish with a nonstick cooking spray of
choice. Stir in all ingredients, minus feta cheese. Stir to combine well.
- Set your Air Fryer to cook at 335 degrees for 8 minutes; check for doneness.
Scatter crumbled feta over the top and eat immediately!
