Baked Eggs Florentine
Cooking Time: 20 Minutes
1 tablespoon ghee, melted
2 cups baby spinach, torn into small pieces
2 tablespoons shallots, chopped
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Salt, to taste
1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves, roughly chopped
- Start by preheating your Air Fryer to 350 degrees F. Brush the sides and
bottom of a gratin dish with the melted ghee.
- Put the spinach and shallots into the bottom of the gratin dish. Season with red
pepper, salt, and fresh thyme.
- Make four indents for the eggs; crack one egg into each indent. Bake for 12
minutes, rotating the pan once or twice to ensure even cooking. Enjoy!
