Ingredients:

1 onion, roughly chopped
1 bell pepper, roughly chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon chili powder
1-pound, mackerel fillet

Directions:

  1. Mix onion with bell pepper, and chili powder.
  2. Then cut the mackerel fillet.
  3. Fill the mackerel with bell pepper mixture and secure with a
    toothpick.
  4. Then wrap the fish in foil and bake at 360f for 35 minutes.
