Ingredients:

1 teaspoon dried basil
½ teaspoon dried thyme
¼ teaspoon ground coriander
½ cup of soy milk
5 oz cod fillet, diced
¼ teaspoon minced garlic
½ teaspoon white flour
1 teaspoon olive oil

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients in the saucepan and carefully mix.
  2. Simmer the mixture for 20 minutes on low heat. Stir it from
    time to time to avoid burning.
