Ingredients:

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, chopped
½ cup arugula, diced
1-pound cod fillet
1 teaspoon ground paprika

Directions:

  1. Make the medium size cut in the cod fillet.
  2. Then fill it with onion and arugula, and secure with a
    toothpick.
  3. Sprinkle the fish with ground paprika and olive oil.
  4. Bake the meal at 360F for 20 minutes.
