15 Ingredients:

Butter flavored cooking spray
1 2/3 cups vanilla almond milk, unsweetened
2 large bananas, mashed
1 cup bananas, sliced
1 cup steel cut oats
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup walnuts, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. butter, melted
1 ½ tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp nutmeg
¼ teaspoon salt
2 ½ cups water


  1. Spray a 1 1/2 –quart baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients thoroughly. Transfer to prepared baking
  3. Pour 1 ½ cups water into the cooking pot and add the trivet. Place dish on the trivet
    and secure the lid.
  4. Select pressure cooking on high and set timer for 40 minutes.
  5. When timer goes off, release pressure naturally for 10 minutes, then use quick
    release. Stir oatmeal well then serve.
