13 Ingredients:

4 eggs
½ cup applesauce, unsweetened
½ cup pumpkin
½ cup coconut flour
2 tbsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp cloves
¼ tsp ginger
1/8 tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp vanilla
4 tbsp. coconut oil, melted
1 tbsp. honey


  1. Set cooker to air fryer function on 375°F. Line 2 6-cup muffin tins with paper

    cooker and secure the tender-crisp lid. Bake 12-15 minutes or until muffins pass the
