10 Ingredients:

Nonstick cooking spray
1 ½ cups oats
1/3 cup sugar
¾ cup almond milk, unsweetened
2 tbsp. coconut oil, melted
1 egg
½ cup peanut butter, no sugar added
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
1 banana, sliced


  1. Select bake function and heat to 350°F. Spray an 8-inch baking pan with cooking
  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, except bananas, and mix until thoroughly
    combined. Pour into prepared pan in an even layer.
  3. Layer the banana slices on the top and place in the cooker. Secure the tender-crisp
    lid and bake 20 minutes or until edges start to brown.
  4. Carefully remove the pan from the cooker and let cool 10 minutes before slicing
    and serving.
